Use sensible language and remember to use proper grammar, or else people may get the wrong idea.Be specific when you’re expressing what you want to say. And if someone’s talking to you, keep your ears and heart open and listen to what they have to say.In oral communication, simple and short gets the point across better. Make sure that your audience easily remembers what you’re talking about.
