Milestones, Turning Points, and Activity Updates – May 2020

Happy Pentecost, which means Happy Birthday to the Catholic Church as well!

Of course, even the best life a Catholic can have is also filled with suffering, so yeah, there’s that too. It’s been a tough month for me, but I won’t explain much about it here.

With that said, here’s a list of my posts during the month of May:

  1. Weekend Meme Voice Acting Session 4
  2. Tobby tried to sing “Noushou Sakuretsu Girl”
  3. Pastel*Palettes When Confessed To
  4. Chu the Square
  5. An Artist-Lawyer Hook-Up Doesn’t Necessarily Mean Copyright Immunity!
  6. Encounters with Some Honorary Phantom Thieves
  7. a mr. j tried to sing “lies in their blood”

Two videos featuring me, one with my voice acting and another with my scriptwriting, were also released during May 2020. I also made and posted on YouTube and social media some meme vids I didn’t bother posting about here on my blog.

Oh, and I recently realized that I can make my pinned posting on social media more efficient by having the pinned posts hold links to the latest month’s category page. For example, if the latest month is May 2020, then this shall be the link.

And then there’s how I’m gonna have my June blogging focus more on the Catholic faith.

Now, I really need to get enough sleep more. Also, honest constructive feedback is highly encouraged and will be highly appreciated.

Did you know that this took a few hours to work on? And yes, the ham-and-cheese singing is intentional. And I’m expecting this to be treated like pineapple on pizza. Also, I don’t mind pineapple on pizza.

Am I woke? Well, I’m an insomniac. Just figuratively…hopefully. Or maybe I’m also that literally? I should ask professional help about all that sometime.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that this post is also an impulse one. The plan in the first place was to post a fanfic, but eh, sudden things happen, whether we like it or not. Also, this development reminds me of my cover of Mafumafu’s “Berserk” (and how I’ve been kinda known for it)…

Anyway, mp3 here, yo. And honest constructive feedback is highly encouraged and will be highly appreciated.

An Artist-Lawyer Hook-Up Doesn’t Necessarily Mean Copyright Immunity!

Pastel*Palettes When Confessed To

Pastel*Palettes When Confessed To

a BanG Dream! fanfiction by The Overlord Bear

Tobby tried to sing “Noushou Sakuretsu Girl”

Yeah, this is a somewhat off-schedule post. I’d complain, but I don’t think I have much right to do so, considering my laziness in more important IRL stuff, so yeah. I won’t deny that I’m feeling bugged out right now, though.

That aside, this song shot up my priority list as I found myself with a revived interest in rapping, which was also thanks to a friend named Hirochan, who once went by the name Arksh. I call this a warm-up for that, though the real rap records will actually be showing up way later than I first thought, as I feel like I should spend more time exercising my audio engineering skills first. I’ve been spending some time practicing rapping certain rewritten original lyrics I’ve found myself confident enough with, though.

Now, here’s the mp3 for this cover. And of course, honest constructive feedback is highly encouraged and will be highly appreciated.
