Artist’s Note: Why did I not think of updating this part of my blog with stuff like this during the past 2-3 years?
On second thought, I think I know why now.
Also, this is the first time I posted under this category with art I made on a PC drawing tablet. So yeah, yay~
And of course, honest constructive feedback is highly encouraged and will be highly appreciated~ \(^o^)
Seriously, though, I don’t like “shotgunning” being the first thing in my to-do list when I take an exam.
Note: To those who don’t get it, “shotgunning” in multiple-choice exams is when an examinee points their pen/pencil at a set of line of multiple choice questions and lets the pen/pencil tip land randomly on one of the choices. Well, that’s how I understood it based on my kinda blurry high school memories. Basically, it’s a form of wildly guessing. I prefer guessing as intelligently as I can when I need to guess, though.
Inspired by some recent scoldings and that one time when a bowling ball smacked into one finger of mine while the ball was being rolled back for reuse.
Now, I just need some help (READ: A LOT OF HELP) in keeping my messed-up but still salvageable brain together. The bombs have been messing it up a lot lately, you know.
Think about kittens, think about your potential for awesomeness, think about KagePro, think about Big Sis Ayano, AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA Calm down, you crazy bear. Calm down, calm down, calm down…
I’m very thankful for my Comm 3 Eng professor reminding me and my classmates about the importance of looking for practical solutions.
Having a curse (read: sickness) like an Eye of Despair (read: a sore eye) usually does more harm than good, you know.
Here are some comics that I drew for a group report in Communication 3 (English) class that went really well (We needed to improve in making the audience participate with us reporters, though). Along with them are reminders regarding clear oral communication.
Use sensible language and remember to use proper grammar, or else people may get the wrong idea.
Be specific when you’re expressing what you want to say. And if someone’s talking to you, keep your ears and heart open and listen to what they have to say.
In oral communication, simple and short gets the point across better. Make sure that your audience easily remembers what you’re talking about.
Now then, see you again in the den, nutshellcrackers.
Lack of sleep makes me channel a dumber Mikoto Mikoshiba, and it is not a fun experience at all.
Here’s a little drawing about me during my latest sleep. Oh, and by the way, I haven’t been getting enough sleep during most of the past days, which I guess is why I still think that the amount of sleep that I had last night was not enough. There are times when I’ve been having less than seven hours of sleep in one night, and there are times when I fall asleep in between 11PM and 12AM (Oh yeah, I’ve been sleeping late more frequently recently, too) and then suddenly wake up in between 3AM and 4AM. And then there are times when I become sleepy in the morning. Freaking nuts, not having enough sleep sucks so much.
